Open position: Professor in Logistics, Turku School of Economics, Finland

TURKU SCHOOL OF ECONOMICS advertises a post of

PROFESSOR IN LOGISTICS
The domain of the professorship is specified “Supply Chain Management”. Demonstrated skills in quantitative analysis of supply chains / SCM is a requirement for the position.

The salary system applied at Finnish universities has two components: job demands and personal performance. The post is placed at least at level eight on the so-called job demand levels (4.082,55€ / month); an additional salary component will be payable based on personal performance up to a maximum of 48 % of the demands level pay.

The post is a so-called common office at the Turku School of Economics. Details of the qualifications, of the language proficiency requirements (fluency in English is required in the case of foreign applicants) and of the duties are given in the Ordinance on Qualifica-tions and Duties for Posts at Universities (309/93).
